Swale Fingering

Swale is a luxurious blend of 80% fine merino/Rambouillet (Shaniko) wool and 20% cashmere for an incredibly soft yarn. Shaniko wool is a product of ranches in the western US Great Basin area that is climate beneficial, fully traceable, and certified at the Responsible Wool Standard. It is fully processed in the US. The base is available in sport, fingering and lace weight. Sport weight is tightly spun 3 ply yarn with a round and bouncy hand. Fingering weight is also 3 ply, with a slightly looser spin/twist that has more of a halo to it. Lace weight is 2 ply, twisted loosely for a soft finish with a beautiful halo as well.
